This piece is based on a strange Romanian fable known as "Cunning Ileana". Ileana is one of those rare princesses who took matters into her own hands and fought back on her own terms. She easily outsmarts her enemies by setting up devious traps to foil their efforts. Let's put it this way... she's not your average Disney Princess that may have been conjured up in the 50's and 60's.

This project merges my visual work as "My Pet Skeleton" with my musical collaboration with "Johnny Hollow". It culminated in a cd package that contains 5 paintings with 5 songs based on 5 strange tales. Each print comes with a signed copy of "The Old Gods of New Berlin" CD/Book that was painstakingly designed and formatted by yours truly.  (see flip through video below)

Each print is signed and numbered by yours truly and is created with archival pigment inks on fine heavyweight, museum quality paper.

Each piece will be carefully packed inside an acid free sleeve and fully protected by a VERY thick craft tube.
