This kingfisher fights against the wind, determined and unyielding. I layered a variety of textures over this little bird to give it a sense of movement, as it pushes through a turbulent sky. A symbol of transformation, the kingfisher carries a key—representing the secrets we keep, the ones that define us, and those we may need to release. Sometimes, unlocking the past is the only way to step into who we’re meant to become.

Additional information: This is a digital print on textured paper. I take great pride in picking the paper stock for all my images and you won't be disappointed with the look and feel of this piece. The textured paper gives it an incredible 'fine art' finish.
