In 2007, a security camera in Fresno, California caught something strange…
two pale legs, walking silently through the night.
No arms. No head. Just a pair of moving limbs
gliding across the lawn like a ghost learning to walk.
They call it the Fresno Nightcrawler.
Some believe it’s a cryptid… others say it’s simply a clever hoax.
But the footage still lingers online, quietly unsettling.
My Nightcrawler was drawn in pencil and liquid graphite
on 8 by 10 inch, 140-pound cold-pressed paper, hand-ripped at the edges,
with touches of gold to catch the suggestion of movement… and maybe a little magic.
